About me
My approach
My approach is informed by the study of several specializations and a master’s degree, I am now finishing the second.
On the right column I display the training that I found relevant to share. There is other trainings, both academic and based on self-taught study of trauma, relations, structural violence, etc. that have also informed my practice.
I am in constant training and I receive supervision as a therapist to resolve doubts when I have them, with a team that has an in depth professional background.
I have experienced myself what it is to receive therapy, so I know what it’s like to be on the other side too.
My experience
- Group support with open dialogue, in private consultation

Hello! I’m Nat
Since I was little I have found it was special to express myself through art and writing. A space of my own creation where I can be myself and relate to others more uniquely.
I have always had a great curiosity to understand myself and the people around me. I have also been an avid reader since I was very young and although what I was passionate about were stories or novels, I had found books on psychology, pedagogy or anthropology very stimulating.
At the age of 14 I already knew that I wanted to study psychology, so after high school I did the arts pre university education, with the idea of studying art therapy after. I was in love with art as a way to connect with the world through drawing and also murals.
As the years have passed, the community or group aspect has taken a more important role for me. Specially in my way of proposing solutions to shared problems and as a way of creating and sustaining exciting life projects. I have spent many hours on collective and activist projects.
I think that in one way or another, many people share similar experiences, but sometimes without support or resources (material at times), there are situations that overwhelm us emotionally.
Despite what I have explained about my interest in information and creation, I grew up in a complicated context. Later, in my early youth, on some important occasions, I did not ask for adequate help in situations that were beyond me. It would be easy for me to say that it was due to a lack of my own financial resources, but it was out of shame or fear of being seen as weak or unstable. If you are in a moment of crisis, give it importance and share it with people who you feel you can trust. And if you want to try some of the options I offer, ask me.
