I offer individual psychotherapy in private consultation, it can be in person or online. We can talk about whether any of the other therapeutic offers showed in this website are your fit you or we continue talking individually.
Whatever the modality, I offer support for your experience and a space in which, in the long run, I want you to have been able to train your sagacity.
This is the ability to analyze contexts, identify patterns, signals, and make correct or advantageous decisions. By practicing it in therapy, the intention is to make it easier for you to continue doing it autonomously.

If you want to begin a therapeutic process together with your support network, open dialogues are an option that focuses on this.

It’s possible that what you find strange to explain I can understand. I understand the experiences of people who experience sexuality through BDSM or even SW.

Non-monogamy
Knowledge and experience in non-monogamy, I support any option chosen if the person is comfortable with it. Monogamy or non-monogamy. At the moment I am not offering couples counseling, but in my individual or group support I will understand you perfectly and I hope to be able to provide you with the adequate support.
Family or friends worried about someone
Sometimes we want to talk to someone about a situation that is overwhelming us, because we feel involved by the bond we have with someone else. Open dialogue is a very good option to organize the necessary support and be able to give space to our own discomfort together.
Artistic language
There may be many reasons why it is easier for you to have time for yourself creating than talking. It is okay to need time and it is okay to not have to rely on words to express yourself sometimes.
Multidisciplinarity
In group meetings we can collaborate with professionals or people outside the support group, on a one-off or intermittent basis.

Activism and solidarity
I can understand people and groups who feel they want to change the world for the better or act on solidarity, despite the difficulty this entails.
First-person experience
Some people find it more comfortable to talk to people who have had difficult experiences with mental health. I have gone through crises that bring me closer to an understanding of suffering in the first person. Facilitated by unusual life conditions.
